Addis Bloom CoffeeSacramento, California
Mobile espresso pop-up in development

Ethiopian spirit.
Sacramento welcome.

We’re building a Sacramento coffee cart with Ethiopian coffee culture at its heart. A thoughtful cup. Time for one another. A warmer welcome.

Iced coffee in warm afternoon light

A simple idea

A good day
starts small.

For us, coffee is an invitation to pause and make room for someone. Ethiopian traditions of preparing and sharing coffee shape the welcome we want Addis Bloom to offer.

Our first step is a Sacramento espresso cart for everyday gatherings. As we prepare for launch, we’re bringing that spirit of hospitality into the drinks, the conversations, and the details around the cup.

For workplaces & gatherings

Good things happen
over coffee.

We’re exploring future places to bring the cart. Maybe there’s room for a coffee break at yours.

Our planned menu / Addis Bloom

For your kind
of day.

Espresso favorites, lemonade, and a sweet bite. We’re developing our opening menu; final selections and availability will be announced before launch.

The cart / Sacramento

A small cart.
A warmer
welcome.

A shared courtyard. A busy studio. A place where people come together. We’re exploring where Addis Bloom could feel right at home.

01 / Part of the routine

The best break
in the workday.

A coffee stop close to the office or workspace, with time for a familiar hello. We’re interested in recurring placements that fit naturally into the day.

  • A suitable space with practical access
  • Timing that fits your people
  • A welcoming flow that keeps walkways clear

02 / A reason to gather

Make room
for connection.

Studio open houses, community gatherings, and personal milestones. We’re considering how the cart could add something thoughtful to the occasion.

  • The setting and the space available
  • The occasion and the drinks people enjoy
  • A realistic plan for setup and service

Planning a future workplace event, resident gathering, or celebration? Tell us your preferred date, location, estimated guest count and service time. We’re in prelaunch; availability, menu and pricing will be confirmed individually.

coffee break.

We’re developing our Sacramento coffee cart. Planning a future workplace gathering, resident event, or celebration? Share your ideas while we prepare for launch.

01 / Events & quote inquiries

A gathering.
A good beginning.

Planning a workplace occasion, resident gathering, or celebration? Share your date or timing window, general area, approximate guests, and service duration.

We’re welcoming early catering and quote inquiries while the cart takes shape. Menu, availability, and any quote depend on your plans and our launch readiness.

02 / Recurring hosts

Make coffee
part of the routine.

A workplace, studio, community space, or regular gathering. Tell us about your place, the people there, and the days a coffee stop could fit.

Share a general area and the frequency you have in mind. We’ll explore the practical details together before making any commitment.

Explore a recurring coffee stop

Let’s start a conversation.

Both buttons open our inquiry form in a new tab. Submit your details and preferred dates there, or email events@addisbloomcoffee.com.

Prefer a call? Include a few suitable times in your message. An inquiry is not a booking. Dates, service details, and pricing are confirmed separately. Our planned service centers on the drinks menu; the Ethiopia story is cultural inspiration, not an offer of a coffee ceremony.

ETHIOPIA / BEFORE THE CUP

01 / The forest

Before
the first sip.

Coffee begins in the forests of the Ethiopian highlands, as a small red fruit on a branch. The bean is the seed inside it, and wild arabica still grows here.

Bring people together

The Addis Bloom journal

Before the
first cup.

The name, the feeling, the little decisions. A look at what’s taking shape.

01
The identity

A name to grow into.

Addis Bloom is a Sacramento coffee business in development, with Ethiopian identity at its heart. The welcome around a shared cup matters to us as much as the look of the cart.

02
The atmosphere

Ethiopian inspiration.
Sacramento welcome.

Coffee can make space for conversation. Ethiopian traditions of gathering inspire the welcome we hope to bring to Sacramento workplaces, neighborhoods, and celebrations.

03
The next chapter

Getting ready to say hello.

The cart, drinks, and service arrangements are still being developed. We’ll share confirmed dates and locations when they’re ready.

04
Room to bloom

The cart comes first.

The cart is our first step. Over time, we hope to build deeper relationships connected to Ethiopian coffee and explore packaged coffee, subscriptions, wholesale, and eventually roasting. We’ll share the people and origins behind our coffee when those details are verified. These are ambitions, not current services or established sourcing partnerships.
